Right size, right background, right file

For real visa/passport cases, the studio will confirm the exact document type before exporting files to avoid wrong specifications.

The studio asks where the documents will be submitted before cropping/printing to avoid the wrong size.

Printed copies are usually needed in sets of 4-6; the studio will crop to the correct ratio before delivery.

A true square photo, no glasses, with the face occupying 50-69% of the frame.

Face occupies 70-80% of the frame, neutral expression, no glasses.

The key difference is that a pure white background is not used; the photo often needs to be newer than for many other countries.

A square photo, usually required to have been taken within the last 3 months.

No glasses; only light retouching so the photo still matches your identity.

CV / 09

Used for printed CVs submitted at offices; the expression is more natural than in an ID photo.

A CV photo should feel professional and trustworthy, not as stiff as a CCCD photo.
