Before coming to the studio
Are CV photos part of the ID photo category?
Yes. CV photos belong to the application photo category because they are used for documents, job applications and personal identification. The CV photo package is still advised separately based on your industry and the platforms you use.
Which package should foreigners choose for visa and application photos?
If you only need the correct size, background and online file, choose the standard ID photo package. When you book, the studio will ask how the photo will be used so we can prepare the right size and background.
Does ID photo retouching change my identity?
No. Gạo Nâu only lightly retouches small issues such as acne, uneven skin tone and clothing marks; we do not alter the face shape, eyes, nose, mouth or identifying features.
Can I get my ID photos on the same day?
The standard ID photo package can be printed at the studio in about 15 - 30 minutes, depending on how busy the studio is when you arrive.
Will retouching make my ID photo non-compliant?
No. Gạo Nâu only lightly fixes acne, uneven skin tone or clothing marks; we do not alter the face shape, eyes, nose, mouth or identifying features.
Do you take photos for US, Schengen, Japan and Korea visas?
Yes. When booking or arriving at the studio, just tell us the visa type or country so the team can prepare the correct size, background and file format.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
It is not required, but you should call or message us on Zalo first if you need photos urgently or are coming as a group, so the studio can prepare the right package and branch.
